Ice Cold Plunge: End your session with an exhilarating ice-cold plunge. It's that slow-release dopamine hit that will have you soaring through the day ahead.
Optional Sauna Session: Want to take it up a notch? Add on a shared sauna session for just $10. We’re finding it to be the most beautiful way to connect with other like minded souls in our community, getting to know each other off the mat. Please allow an additional hour for this experience.
