As the winter season invites us to slow down and turn inward, this is a time to reconnect, to come home to yourself, and to honour the wisdom that resides within you and those who came before.
Nestled in nature, we’ll gather by the fire, share in the warmth of community, and immerse ourselves in the powerful practices of Yoga, Dance, Breathwork, Contrast Therapy and Ceremony. Through these deep and restorative experiences, we’ll shed what no longer serves us, creating space for clarity, renewal, and a deeper connection to our authentic selves.
Between sessions, we’ll explore the lush winter landscapes of Waiheke, taking bush walks that ground us in the rhythms of the land, reminding us of the strength and resilience woven through our lineage. As we journey within, we also honour those who have walked before us, carrying their wisdom forward with presence and intention.
If you’re craving a moment to pause, reflect, and realign, this retreat will offer you the space to rekindle your inner fire, restore balance, and step into the season with warmth and clarity. Let’s come together to breathe, connect, and remember.
