Vinyasa - Breathwork - Ice Plunge - Sauna (optional)
Start the day with a bang. A challenging 45 minute strength building vinyasa class to get the blood flowing, followed by 30 minutes of pranayama (breathwork) and then finishing with an ice cold plunge for a slow release dopamine hit that will have you flying through the day ahead.
