Restorative class at Sandhāna Waiheke with Coka Klug from YogaTribe.

A beautiful restorative yoga session designed to deeply relax and reset the nervous system, allowing the body to sink into the tranquil pace of the season.  This is followed by some delicious cacao to open the heart and connect, with the opportunity to experience the relaxation and detoxification benefits of the mPulse Sunlighten infrared sauna.  Yes you are welcome to try our infra red sauna after your restorative class.

Dress warmly in comfortable loose clothing and bring a blanket, towel and swimwear is optional if you prefer to wear this in the sauna.

Sandhāna is sanskrit for uniting, an act of joining together, unioning.  The intention behind Sandhāna is to come together and unite, heal, cultivate friendship, discover inner peace, be supported and receive.

Coka Klug, our guest is a senior Yoga Teacher and Founder & Owner of Yogatribe, coming to Waiheke to share her offering to our community.

This is a very precious offering for Coka, there is nothing really require from you , more than just come with an open heart and rest in your mat, receiving a "Love Letter " from you Body to YOU while your bossy and mind are still and deep relaxation mood.

If there is any movement it will be only because you feel your body is asking you to move, if what you need its to sleep and rest you are welcome to do so.
