As the dark days start to turn lighter and become longer, the winds bring the season of spring. The transformation of yin to yang through rebirth. This seasons inspires force and determination, as the seeds which we’ve sown start letting themselves be seen. It is the time to start working with the vibrant energy moving through us, via the air we breath, and also a chance to detoxify the body of all that has accumulated over the last year.

Please note that all of the rooms are fully booked for the Saturday evening. If you would like to stay on Friday night please get in contact. Pricing starts at $250 per night which includes dinner and breakfast as well as use of the facilities (sauna, cold plunge and hot tub) during your stay.
