Ylia is a qualified intimacy and pleasure coach and yoni mapping therapist, who started this journey on the back of having been a midwife for 20 years, specialising in ecstatic birth. With a 30 year background in personal development, she integrates into this work aspects of breath work, somatic trauma healing approaches, attachment styles, internal family system therapy and nonviolent communication.

There is the opportunity to indulge in an hour of self-care and luxury starting at 5:30pm with a shared sauna, spa, and even a refreshing cold plunge if you’re feeling brave. This is a chance to connect deeply with other women in our community while reaping the health benefits and rejuvenating your body and mind.
