A gentle space of learning, somatic awareness and sharing together - understanding our bodies and needs more in the process.

This is for women who would like a deeper understanding of their own sensual / sexual warm up. There are so many more nuances to this than a simple turn on / off.

Ylia is a yoni mapping therapist, who started this on the back of having been a midwife for 20 years, specialising in ecstatic birth. She has also completed training with Layla Martin as a love, sex and relationship coach. With a 30 year background in personal development, she integrates into this work aspects of mindfulness, attachment styles, internal family system therapy, nonviolent communication, somatic trauma approaches and breath work.

To make this work accessible to everyone in our community we have decided to offer this for koha, with option to add on a shared sauna session afterwards for $10. Just register your details below to secure your spot.
