Yin Yoga with Live Acoustic Music

Facilitated by Katerina Algeria and Buster Caitcheon

Join Katerina and Buster for an afternoon of yin yoga and live music. 

Katerina will guide us through a gentle and soul-nourishing practice, supported by a variety of Busters own ambient acoustic songs.

Our intention is to honour the summer solstice and create a slow spaciousness, balancing the energy of longer, hotter days. Interwoven with the energy of death and rebirth, as this year cycle ends and a new one begins. 

This offering is for all ages and experiences, please wear comfy clothing easy to move in.

$45 pp including welcoming cacao. 

For an additional cost of $10 there is the option to go into the sauna afterward. This shared sauna session is a beautiful opportunity to connect in with other members of our community.
