This immersive experience begins by actively engaging the body to release any tension through movement. We gradually transition into a state of stillness, known as yin yoga, where we explore the boundary (edge) of each pose, allowing ourselves to comfortably relax and hold the position for an extended duration (typically around 5 minutes). This phase allows us to enter a mindful state, focusing on the present moment. Finally, the session concludes with a deeply restorative practice called yoga nidra, which promotes profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
