Vinyasa - Pranayama - Ice Plunge
Start the day with a bang. A challenging 60 minute strength building vinyasa class to get the blood flowing, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and then finishing with an ice cold plunge for a slow release dopamine hit that will have you flying through the day ahead.
There is also the option to add on a shared sauna session afterwards for an additional $10 for the ultimate immersive hot / cold therapy session.
