A Partnered Breathing Meditation Practice

Held by Ellie Wilde

About the Event

We live in a fast paced world and being disconnected from our somatic sense of safety is a normal reaction to that pace and momentum. This can have a disconnecting effect on our ability to feel intimately connected to ourselves and each other, as even the most conscious yogis of us get swept up in the intensity of being alive, in a body, at this time on earth. Belly to belly is a profoundly simple partnered breathing meditation that relaxes our bodies, opens our hearts and fosters a sense of safety and connection, first with ourselves and then with each other.

Please note that you do not need to bring a partner along to participate. And also know that if you want to bring someone along and work with them you can do that too.

About your Facilitator

Ellie Wilde is a seasoned Transformational Guide and fully trained Somatic Therapist with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and groups through deep, transformative processes. For 10 years, she served as a facilitator with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), where she honed her skills in holding space for profound personal and collective transformation.

Ellie’s approach is deeply rooted in the principles of regenerative aliveness, love, and care. As a committed change maker, she is passionately in service to the Great Change unfolding in our world today. Her work centers on the interconnectedness of relating, intimacy, embodiment, sexuality, community, and soul.

With a unique style of surrendered leadership, Ellie weaves her magic through embodied practices, group processes, music, and ritual, creating a transformative space for participants to explore and expand their inner and outer landscapes, becoming more connected to their own embodied, inherent knowing.

Her events, workshops, and private sessions have undergone a significant recalibration over the past four years since her departure from ISTA, evolving into an entirely new trauma-informed way of holding and supporting individuals.

Ellie’s work with groups embodies a deep commitment to fostering a sense of aliveness and connection, helping others step into their true power and live in alignment with their authentic selves.

Pricing

The cost for this session is $30, but if affordability is in issue please get in contact with Ellie as we don’t want this to hold you back from experiencing the magic of this practice.

Community Connection Afterwards

There is also the offer to join us for a shared sauna, hot tub and cold plunge after the session for an additional $20, starting at 8pm. This is a beautiful opportunity to connect in with members of our community, whilst reaping the health benefits of this state of the art infrared sauna, relaxing deeply in a chemical free hot tub and awakening and invigorating your body in our six degree cold plunge. Please bring your own towel along for this experience.
