60 Minutes of Strength: Join us for a invigorating yoga class designed to meet you where you’re at and boost your energy and get your blood pumping.

Pranayama Bliss: Afterward, indulge in the art of breathwork to centre your mind and invigorate your spirit.

Ice Cold Plunge: End your session with an exhilarating ice-cold plunge. It's that slow-release dopamine hit that will have you soaring through the day ahead.

Optional Sauna Session: Want to take it up a notch? Add on a shared sauna session for just $10. It's the ultimate hot and cold therapy experience! And we’re finding it to be a beautiful way to connect with other like minded souls in our community.
