The Movement - 10 Pass
Start the day with a bang. A challenging 60 minute strength building vinyasa class to get the blood flowing, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and then finishing with a guided ice cold plunge for a dopamine hit that will have you flying through the day ahead.
For the ultimate relaxation experience there is also the opportunity to add in a shared infrared sauna session afterwards for an additional $15. Please note you have selected the 10 pass without sauna, but you can add on a session if you decide you'd like to try it out.
Please note that booking via Stripe incurs a 2.7% transaction fee. If you wish to avoid this you can do a bank transfer of $720 instead. Our bank details are as follows:
