The Movement with Sauna - 5 Pass
Start the day with a bang. A challenging 60 minute strength building vinyasa class to get the blood flowing, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and then finishing with an ice cold plunge for a dopamine hit that will have you flying through the day ahead.
Includes group shared sauna session at the end, with an (optional) extra final ice plunge afterwards to end with the cold, per The Søeberg Principle to enhance the metabolic effects of cold and force your body to reheat on its own.
